    “Learn entrepreneurship by playing”

    LE-Game is a simulation game in which each participant has a role as an entrepreneur. Of course with his or her own business card . So each participant has to run his own company all with the same starting capital: € 2,500. The assets are present as LEGO-material and (to a limited extent) as cash. In LE-Game there are in game three specific types of companies:

  • traders who are buying towers from producers and deliver these towers to the market
  • producers who produce multicolored towers for traders or mono-colored for the market
  • the suppliers who provide the LEGO-bricks and plates to the producers.
  • The objective for each participant is to become and to remain a successful and profitable company. This requires form the participant, the development of enterpreneurship skills. These skills are demanded in this “pull” system of learning. A system where making mistakes is regarded as positive because you learn from them, while additionally you learn extra from your successes: “Success drives success”.

    Methods and tools to learn by playing
